Joining us is Lida, Danae’s sister, who brings a wealth of experience as a software developer engineer. Our team is as diverse as it is dedicated.
Thanasis brings his expertise in coffee roasting to the table, infusing our pizza process with the same precision and care he applies to his beans. Danae, with her artistic background, ensures every pizza not only tastes amazing but looks like a work of art. Our journey began with simple doughs and breads during the COVID-19 pandemic.
